How can any reasonably sane group of people believe that homes can be made available at under half the going rate, many of you will ask. Well its not as difficult to achieve as many may think, we don't have to do anything new, just combine together what several others have already been doing. Promote a way that it can be done in an organized way and in larger numbers. Then its down to the fine tweaking to cut costs further, and promoting to allow people to discover how this is achievable. Beyond this, we have to have a system in place to pass on information, and a means of making it attractive for everyone concerned, as well as constantly repeating it all into the future. We are not only solving todays need, but also helping those in the future, who will have the same problems. This is not about what some may call social housing, substandard homes, or providing any form of second class properties, but properties of the same standard and quality as other new homes in the area, just at a far lower price. ...........
